In this stage we will create personas that will direct further development. Personas are fictional users, based on specific behaviour patterns and goals of real users found while doing the target audience research. They help designers to avoid guesswork and personal biases. They also help to keep the design and development team in line and focused on the potential users needs rather than their own personal preferences.

Requirements Definition & Frameworks

This stage is intended to utilise each persona. Rather than paying attention to general user tasks, the design is focused on behavioural specifics of personas and scenarios. This establishes a completely goal-driven process with enhanced productivity since true priorities are better understood. User Testing

Depending on the situation and the needs of each project, we will conduct user testing using well known and loved techniques in physical and in digital environments, using real users or bots to find any aspect of the product that might potentially effect negatively the final product. It might be AB testing, heat maps or a simple think aloud test conducted in a local cafe. The important part to note here is that we wont waste resources on unnecessary testing.
